Q. What is Rhodium finish?
Answer: Rhodium Plating provides protection and color for our
white gold jewelry, all white gold jewelry has a slightly yellow tint
and Rhodium is a way to capture the platinum appeal. Rhodium also helps
prevent scratches, nicks and the allergic reactions caused by some alloys.
It is also excellent at resisting corrosion. Nearly as hard as Chromium
Rhodium can be easily refinished and has high reflectivity.
Q. Do you have a CZ mark on
your jewelry?
Answer: No, we do not stamp CZ inside our rings. Even most
Jeweler will not notice they are not diamonds unless they use modern testing
equipment. Inside will have a 14K or Platinum stamp.
Q. Can I put my diamond on
your ring?
Answer: Yes, keeping in mind that all our jewelry is created
with the same high quality mountings used for genuine diamonds.
A good jeweler can easily exchange the stones for diamonds. Please make
sure to check if your diamonds size will fit our ring, call for more information
or come to our store front for free quotes and advice.
Q. Do you charge for sizing?
Answer: 1st Sizing is free if size is available on the ring
selection (I can also size in between like ¼ and ¾ sizes
at no extra cost.) Remember free ring sizing is only before shipment,
after shipment it is only available if the ring is brought to us in person
at our store front location. Silver Jewelry is our only exception.
Q. Can I get the same ring
in Yellow Gold?
Answer: Yes, most of our rings can be made in 14k White, Yellow
and Platinum. With very few exceptions like our Silver Jewelry.
Q. What are Moissanites?
Answer: Charles & Colvad created Moissanite by combining
science and art. It is a laboratory replication of a rare mineral originally
found in an ancient meteorite that crashed into the earth thousands of
years ago. Moissanite is a unique jewel that has fire, brilliance, and
luster unlike other jewels. Mossianite is harder than any other jewel,
except a diamond and with its very slight inclusions a moissanite’s
color is slightly tinted to near-colorless. Moissanite's were named in
honor of the chemist and Nobel prize winner Dr. Moissan the discover
of the celestial meteorite mineral and they have a better dispersion of
light than diamonds.
Q. I LOVE my ring. How can
I take care of it?
