If a product is returned the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any resizing fee if the ring is sized from anything other than our standard stock size of 6-7 (sizing fee $10-$15). Items also must be returned in new condition or will be subject to cleaning and polishing fee (cleaning fee $10 to $15).
All returns must be pre-approved by Princessring and a RAN number must be assigned in advance (Return Authorization Number) or we will be unable to accept the returned merchandise. When returning an item it is important to insure the merchandise and write the RAN (Return Authorization Number) clearly on the outside of the package. * All sales are final and the money back guarantee does not apply to special orders: Moissanite Jewelry, Platinum Jewelry and Damaged Merchandise.

White gold or yellow gold are available for no extra cost and the first sizing is free if sized before shipment. If sizing is required after the shipment is received and it is the first sizing it is free only if the merchandise is brought to our store front location. Payment and shipment options:
Payment: Paypal, Wire transfer and Checks. (Please use Paypal for credit cards)
Shipping: For Paypal we ship only to the customer paypal account address.
Wire Transfer and payments made with checks and money orders will be shipped only after the funds have cleared the bank. Once the funds are verified and have cleared the central clearing house the merchandise can be shipped to any verifiable address. The merchandise will be sent by registered mail and insured.

For on time delivery Please be sure to provide your correct “Mail to:” address. Packages lost due to incorrect address information are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Rings in stock are shipped the same day or next day. Custom order rings and sizes other than the standard (6-7 no preference) take 2 to 5 days. Many platinum items may take 2 to 3 weeks if the item is not in stock. Please call for specific date information. Special occasions will be our first priority in accommodating.
